Financial proof You may prepare one or more of the following documents: Confirmation of a fixed-term savings account balance together with a photocopy of the account booklet, with a balance of at least 5,000 USD (equivalent to approximately 120,000,000 VND/person) Bank statement of the salary account for the most recent 06 months, with an ending balance preferably from 5,000 USD or more Income certificate issued by a government agency (if any) Note: If traveling with family members, you may provide joint financial proof using 01 savings account with the amount calculated as: 5,000 USD x number of travelers Bank documents must bear the overlapping red seal and the red seal over the branch director’s signature 5. Applicants who have previously visited Japan Within the last 03 years, they must have had at least 01 short-term stay in Japan, with no violation of entry, residence, or legal regulations, and must also satisfy one of the following conditions: Have sufficient financial capacity to cover the full cost of the trip Within the last 03 years, have traveled multiple times to G7 countries (excluding Japan) for short-term stays B. Applicants with strong financial capacity Can prove strong and stable financial ability C. Spouse/children of applicants under category B May be considered when traveling with the financially sponsoring applicant
