Tran Quoc Pagoda – West Lake Located on an island on the eastern side of West Lake, it is the oldest pagoda in Hanoi with nearly 1,500 years of history. It features ancient architecture and a tranquil atmosphere, and once served as the Buddhist center of the Thang Long capital.
President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex (Mausoleum + Stilt House + Fish Pond + One Pillar Pagoda) Learn about Uncle Ho’s life and work from 1954 until the end of his life. ※ Note: On Mondays and Fridays, the mausoleum is under maintenance, so visitors can only see the outside and surrounding works.
Vietnam Museum of Ethnology Preserves the culture of 54 ethnic groups, including indoor exhibition areas and outdoor traditional house models. ※ The museum is closed on Mondays, replaced by the Vietnamese Women’s Museum.
Noon Have lunch at a restaurant in the Old Quarter and relax. Visitors may also walk around to explore the 36 streets of Hanoi.

Temple of Literature – Quoc Tu Giam Vietnam’s first university, built in 1073, dedicated to Confucius and Chu Van An, and a symbol of Confucian culture.
Hoa Lo Prison A prison from the French colonial era, part of which is now preserved as a museum, also known as the “Hanoi Hilton”.
